How will it all work?
I am very flexible and will work along with you if you already have systems in place or create systems to help YOU!
Weekly:
Depending on the size of your business I will visit you on a weekly basis to collect all bookkeeping paper work.
All data will be entered onto the accounting software and reconciled
All tasks will be completed i.e. paying bills, raising invoices, chasing payments, banking etc
Backup data will be brought back to your business and loaded onto your system so you have figures at your finger tips.
Payroll and pensions, if needed
Monthly/quarterly:
I will produce monthly finance reports for you to look at, this will tell you how the business is standing and any further work that may need doing.
If budgets have been set,which is recommended, we will go through these in detail and produce comparison reports in detail.

VAT returns submitted to the Inland Revenue on time
Annually:
Compile your final year-end accounts
Work alongside your accountant to draw up your year-end accounts
Set budgets
Cashflows
Self assessment tax returns submitted to the Inland Revenue
If you need an urgent piece of work completed i.e. costings for a bid or historical data searched, you can contact me via email, phone or fax at any time. I use couriers a lot and if you prefer you can send the work to me, another option.
